Suzanne Dang is a 33-year-old Australian-Vietnamese who uses her Bipolar Disorder Type I to help others who may be going through similar challenges. Not only a motivational speaker, but also an artist, a very stylish fashion blogger, and a mental health advocator. Suzanne works in mental health full-time as a Peer Support Worker and she instills hope into others who have severe and complex mental health issues. Suzanne mainly teaches acrylic art painting to those with severe and complex mental health issues in her full-time job.

Suzanne speaks honestly, confidently, and openly about her experiences with overcoming Bipolar Disorder Type I. She has been in and out of the mental health ward at least 10 times in her lifetime and hasn't been back in hospital for over three years . Suzanne is thriving in life and has used her adversities to create beautiful life lessons and break the stigma around mental health illnesses.
