Yes.

It’s been a month since the psychiatrist lowered my medications.

How am I doing?

Fuckin’ great.

I work full-time, I exercise 3-4 times a week, I have a good group of supportive friends and family.

I try to eat healthy too.

I am writing a book.

I love to paint, and I noticed that I take my time with painting now.

I don’t rush in my paintings, like I used to.

In fact I completed a painting to be auctioned off or be in a raffle for a charity event later this year.

The painting took me 3 days to complete.

The longest painting I’ve done to date. And I am very proud of the result.

I am also enjoying my single life too.

I recently learnt that I am asexual.

I haven’t had sex in years, and I’m very OK with that.

Over the years I have explored my sexuality, and what it means to me.

I am glad to be asexual, and that is fine.
