Yes, this is both me.

Losing weight while on antipsychotics and antidepressants isn’t easy.

IF anything, a lot of people who are on medications have trouble losing weight.

But how did I do it?

It’s no secret, really.

I did take a tablet (medication) that helped reduce my appetite for a couple of years.

I cut back down on my sugar intake.

I drink lots of water.

As well as exercising four times a week.

I also like to snack throughout the day and reduce eating just three ‘big’ meals each day.

This journey of losing weight has/is a tough one.

Also, I don’t exercise to just lose weight now.

Losing weight is a BONUS to me.

What I want is to build strength, agility, endurance.

Wanting to look good and lose lots of weight is last on my list.

Really.

Cause I know having that mindset to only exercise in order to lose weight is not healthy for me.
