INTERVIEW with Danni Le Page || Mrs Galaxy Australia for 2025
SD: Hi Danni. Can you introduce yourself to my readers who don’t know you yet?
DLP: Hi my name is Danni Le Page and I am a proud wife, a qualified professional personal branding photographer based in Perth, Western Australia, business owner, mental health and mindset advocate and I am humbled to also be your Mrs Galaxy Australia for 2025.
SD: You’re Mrs Galaxy Australia 2025. Can you tell use more about it?
DLP: Australia Galaxy Pageants is all about being the best version of yourself through community involvement and pursuing personal development opportunities like volunteering, fundraising initiatives and various events both locally and online.
Before entering myself, I had followed AGP since 2019 and have always admired how well Galaxy girls pursue their purpose with passion. It's the only pageant I know that heavily encourages community involvement and volunteering. It also has a category known as Eco Fashion, which is all about creating upcycled wearable items and I was lucky enough to win the Eco Fashion title in the Mrs division this year.
SD: How did you become interested in pageants?
DLP: As a Perth based personal branding photographer, I've been inspired by so many pageant women I've worked with over the years that in hindsight, I think it was really only a matter of time before I entered myself. It was never something I imagined doing, until I was looking for a way to bring a big goal to life, that had been sitting for way too long on my vision board. This goal was something I simply couldn't achieve through my passion for photography alone and that's how the Her Creative Mindset initiative was born. Galaxy brought it to life.
SD: What’s in your makeup bag right now?
DLP: As a woman with a full schedule, I like to set and forget my makeup in the morning. So instead of makeup, I have mindset reminders in my handbag to accompany me throughout my day. The latest addition; my pageant perfume scent. I bought this 'August' perfume in the leadup to Australia Galaxy Pageants to keep me in the right frame of mind and on track throughout my Galaxy journey. It has now become a powerful association with feeling confident and authentic, which is a great mood booster on those more cloudy days.
SD: What is your vision of success?
DLP: My vision of success is leaving the world in a better place than I found it, with authenticity and purpose. I don’t believe ‘success’ means the biggest or the best of something. To me, success is whatever you need to reach the next step in your journey, no matter how big or small. Some days for me, success has simply been getting out of bed. Other days, it’s been achieving once in a lifetime long-term goals like becoming Mrs Galaxy Australia. As a mental health and mindset advocate if I can use my platform (Her Creative Mindset) to advocate for personal development, depression and anxiety and make a different to just one person to keep going, knowing they are worthy to live a life that makes them truly happy, I would consider that a success.
SD: What do you admire in a woman and why?
DLP: What I admire in women, is their undeniable strength and resilience. I've met so many women in and out of pageantry that have experienced life-changing events and somehow turned it around into a way to serve and heal others. Mental health, infertility and body issues are just some of the challenges women may face and we may not be able to make a difference overnight, but all it takes it one person, one conversation and an active decision to make a difference.
SD: If you could give one piece of advice to your 14 year old self, what would it be?
DLP: Everything that comes your way, has something to teach you. It’s not about getting dealt the best cards, but making the most of what you have in your control.
Every day is different, but if you stay curious, open minded and have a creative mindset you’ll be surprised how much life can teach you.
SD: Who are you most inspired by in the Pageant World and why?
DLP: There are so many women in the pageant world that have made a positive impact over the years, but if I am to highlight someone who has consistently inspired me, it would have to be Olivia Molly Rogers. Since becoming Miss Universe Australia in 2017, Olivia has had her life in the spotlight and used that platform to promote and fundraise for incredible causes including mental health and brain cancer. Her podcase ‘Tell Me More’ is regularly on my playlists and I admire the way she is passionately and unapologetically real. In a world where we are bombarded with imagery and comparison regularly, she has created an online space and community that not only highlights but celebrates the imperfect elements of being human. It’s beautiful to be inspired by someone who also shares those strong values of authenticity and honesty.
SD: How have beauty pageants impacted your life and your career?
DLP: It was a big decision to enter pageantry and Australia Galaxy Pageants, but the way it has increased my confidence and fueled my passion to launch my mindset platform Her Creative Mindset has been even bigger. Galaxy was the permission slip I didn't know I needed to enter the next chapter of my life without hesitation. It's proven to me that you really are capable of anything you put your mind to. So when you surround yourself with women who share the same values, you shouldn't be surprised when you start chasing the big goals without hesitation.
SD: What is your best beauty secret?
DLP: My best beauty secret is self-care. Beauty is something you recognise in others as well as yourself. Taking a little time each day to do something for you can keep you at your best and see the best in those around you.
