INTERVIEW with Zhané Fisher || Island Haus Runway 2026 Runway Model
SD: Hi, Zhane. For my readers who don’t know you yet, can you please introduce yourself?
ZF: Hai Hai - I'm Zhané and I'm excited to embark on this journey with Island Haus Runway. A bit about me...I'm Aboriginal x Pasifika mix, love a good yap as well as a fun side quest. I have a sporting background of contact/combat sports, love being creative, currently work in project management and am working on scaling a business to create passive income.
SD: Describe your personal style of clothing?
ZF: Mainly sporty spice/sport leisure or street wear type vibes - mainly a fitted x baggy combo as I’ve found this compliments my body shape best (+ super comfy).
SD: When did you know you wanted to be a model?
ZF: Ever since I was little (earliest I can remember is 6 yers old). I would always watch Barbie and Bratz. My dream when I was little was to either be a model, singer or actress, and I loved fashion and performing. However, I lacked confidence because I was a lil dumpling. So sadly, I never really explored these paths seriously.
SD: If you could talk to your ten-year-old self, what would you say?
ZF: Just go out there and have fun! Your energy and confidence will be, & are some of your most attractive qualities - you are loved and supported beyond measure, baby girl x
SD: What has been your most favourite photoshoot to date?
I'm new to the modelling world so I haven't done any photoshoots as of yet.
SD: What are you most excited about for Island Haus Runway?
ZF: I'd say I'm most excited for the experience as a whole. But also for the chance to be the example lil me needed and to fulfill one of my childhood dreams.
